Presented by BET, the Love and Happiness: An Obama Celebration was held on The White House grounds. For this event, US Event Structures installed a 40m X 25m structure for the main portion of the event and a 20m X 20m rondo ended structure with a clear top and glass wall enclosure acting as an entrance area. A raised floor was installed and covered with a faux wood surface. Multiple ancillary tents were supplied to create coat check and restroom areas along with green room spaces for the A-list entertainers. Full climate control and power generation were also supplied. A 100’ long entrance marquee and floored pathway were created for the guests and the Obamas themselves.
