Available with exterior balconies and covers, the second floor can be completely or partially configured to create an interior balcony overlooking the first floor. Roomy 11 foot ceiling clearance and 11 foot wall heights are standard on both the first and second floors. Stairs can be designed into either the exterior, interior or both. Many options are available to customize your perfect space.
